YU-CHI KUO(Chinese Program) Yu-Chi Kuo received her M.A. (2006) in Chinese Pedagogy from National Taichung University, Taiwan. She is certified to teach by a number of international organizations such as the Ministry of Education (Taiwan), the Chinese Language Education Association, ASET, the Department of Education and Skills (Great Britain), and the International Association for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. She comes with experience as a Chinese language instructor at the National Taiwan Normal University and most recently, at Smith College in Massachusetts. Her research interests include the linguistic analytical processes adopted by Japanese readers of Chinese language texts, from the perspective of whole language research methods. |

Ms. I-Ching Tung I have a master’s degree in English Language Teaching and a TCSOL certificate (Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) from the U.S.A. I have been in the field of language education for over ten years, teaching both English and Chinese at the university level. I am currently teaching Chinese at a university in Bangkok. Besides teaching, I am also an independent professional freelance translator and interpreter. |
